What data we process
Contact details you provide via forms (name, company, email, phone), technical information about your enquiry and any attached files.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to respond to enquiries and enter into agreements, cf. GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f).
Retention
Data is retained as long as necessary for the purpose, and thereafter in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act, which requires five years of retention for accounting material.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
