One point of entry to the whole production
Whether an enquiry concerns a new task, a question about an ongoing order, or a general query about our competencies, the main phone number and email address is the natural point of entry. From there the enquiry is forwarded to the right contact person, without the sender needing to know internally who handles that particular task.
We aim to respond to enquiries quickly and with a concrete answer rather than a general deflection or referral. If an enquiry requires us to check something internally first, such as capacity in a particular department, we let the sender know when a full answer can be expected.
The address in Nørre Alslev is the base for both production and administration, which means a technical question can often be answered directly by the employee who knows the task, without intermediaries.

Visits and factory tours
We are happy to welcome customers and potential partners for a visit to the factory in Nørre Alslev. A visit gives the opportunity to see the machinery, including the FMS system, the Swiss-type lathes and the assembly department, and to discuss a specific task with the employees who will later carry it out.
Visits are always planned in advance, so we can set aside time for a relevant tour and ensure it does not disturb production or other customers' confidentiality. We tailor the content of the visit to whether the purpose is a concrete order, a general clarification of competencies, or a quality audit.
For customers unable to visit in person, technical discussions and reviews of documentation can take place digitally, with photos and measurement reports from the actual production, so distance does not become a barrier to insight.

The first dialogue about a task
The initial dialogue is typically about understanding the task: which part is involved, which materials, tolerances and volumes are relevant, and when the first delivery is needed. The more concrete information we have from the start, the faster we can provide an accurate answer.
We readily ask clarifying questions early in the process if a drawing or specification leaves any doubt, rather than guessing and risking a wrong assessment later. Such questions are a normal part of a serious clarification and should not be seen as an obstacle to moving forward.
Once we understand the task, we agree on the next step, whether that is a direct quotation, a need for technical input on the drawing, or a discussion of whether the task is best suited to turning, Swiss-type turning, milling, or a combination.
Send a short enquiry
Fill in the form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. For a quote on a specific part, use the quote form and attach your drawings.

Contact for ongoing orders
For customers with running orders, a fixed contact person is assigned to the engagement, so questions about lead time, call-offs or documentation can be answered without having to explain the whole history again from scratch. This applies both to single orders and to agreements with ongoing call-offs over a longer period.
Changes to an ongoing order, such as an adjustment to the drawing, quantity or delivery date, are best handled through direct contact with the assigned person, so the change can be assessed against the current production plan and any material already purchased.
We proactively inform the customer if, during an order, we become aware of something that may affect delivery, such as a delayed material shipment, rather than waiting for the customer to ask.

Language and geography
We communicate in Danish and English and have experience with both Danish customers and international customers who buy components and assemblies from a Danish production facility. Drawings and specifications are accepted in both languages, and technical documentation can be prepared in the customer's preferred language.
Although production is based in Nørre Alslev, we serve customers across large parts of Denmark and abroad, and we organise logistics and communication so that geographic distance does not become an obstacle to a close collaboration on quality and delivery reliability.
For international enquiries, emails are typically answered within the same timeframes as Danish enquiries, and we are happy to coordinate meeting times that account for time zone differences where relevant.

Contact regarding quality and documentation
Questions about our ISO 9001 certification, quality procedures or specific documentation for an order can be directed straight to our quality function. We readily provide relevant documentation when it is a natural part of the collaboration, or when a customer needs it for their own incoming inspection or audit.
For enquiries from customers in defence, medical or aerospace, where documentation requirements are often more extensive, we are happy to start a dialogue about exactly what documentation is needed before production begins, so both parties know the framework from the start.
We also welcome enquiries about audits at our facility, whether as part of a customer's supplier approval process or as ongoing follow-up on an existing collaboration.
