Personal data policy (GDPR)
Our overall framework for processing personal data about customers, suppliers, applicants and employees.
Purpose and scope
The policy covers all processing of personal data in RM Fintech A/S, customer relations, supplier cooperation, recruitment and employment.
Principles
We process only the data necessary for the purpose, process it lawfully and transparently, keep it accurate and delete it once the purpose has been fulfilled.
Customers and suppliers
We process contact and contract data in order to quote, produce, deliver and invoice, cf. GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f).
Applicants and employees
Applications are treated confidentially and kept only during the recruitment process unless you consent to longer storage.
Processors and disclosure
We use processors for IT operations and hosting and conclude data processing agreements with them. Data is not transferred to third countries without a valid transfer basis. Our current processors can be disclosed on request.
Security
We protect data through access control, confidentiality agreements, secure file handling and ongoing employee training.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Write to salg@rmfintech.dk. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
Personal data breaches
In the event of a breach we assess the risk and, where required, notify the supervisory authority within 72 hours and inform those affected.
